iOS 17.5 Release Candidate Is Now Available

Apple has released iOS 17.5 release candidate and it is now available for download to those who are beta testing iOS 17.5. Today’s update comes 1 week after the release of iOS 17.5 beta 4.

Along with iOS 17.5, Apple has also released Release Candidates for iPadOS 17.5, watchOS 10.5, and tvOS 17.5.

If you’re a registered Apple developer, then you can head over to the Software Update section of your device in order to download the RC on your device. With today’s Release Candidate release, we can expect Apple to release iOS 17.5 to everyone by next week.

iOS 17.5 and iPadOS 17.5 are major iOS releases and one of the last major updates that we will see before Apple announces iOS 18 next month at WWDC 2024.

With iOS 17.5 Apple has introduced some minor changes that include a new Quartiles game, Game Center leaderboard integration for Apple News+, a redesigned Apple Podcast widget, and activation of web distribution of apps in the EU.
