Apple Vision Pro Has 16GB Of RAM And Up To 1TB Storage

How much RAM will be inside Apple’s upcoming Vision Pro headset has remained a mystery ever since its first announcement. Even yesterday’s Apple press release about the release date didn’t help to clear things up for curious fans.

Now MacRumors is reporting that it has found how much RAM we can expect in Apple’s first-generation Vision Pro headset. According to their finding, Apple Vision Pro will have 16GB of unified memory. This was discovered in files related to Vision Pro in Xcode 15.2.

The report also says that Vision Pro would likely offer up to 1TB of storage. Apple’s press release yesterday confirmed that the base model of Vision Pro which has a starting price of $3,499 will only have 256GB of storage. The press release also listed the accessories that we can expect to see inside the Vision Pro’s box. The press release did not mention other capacity options that will be offered.

Apple Vision Pro is launching on February 2 with pre-orders beginning on January 19. The product is launching in the US only and will be rolled out in more countries later. The device has a starting price of $3,499 for the base model with 256GB storage.
